Childcare Vouchers and Tax Free Childcare
SuperCamps supports the facilitation of childcare costs for working families by accepting payment from government funded schemes such as the Childcare Voucher Scheme, Tax-Free Childcare and the Childcare Grant Service.
How to book using Childcare Vouchers (CCV)
Step 1: Go through the booking process in the usual way.
Step 2: At payment stage choose ‘pay with childcare vouchers’.
Step 3: Fill in your Childcare Voucher provider’s name e.g. Edenred Childcare Vouchers.
Step 4: After receiving your booking confirmation email, please contact your Childcare Voucher provider and quote your booking reference number. Your childcare provider will then contact us to arrange payment.
Step 5: You will receive another order confirmation email from us when the voucher has been processed.
Please note: If you are booking within 14 days of camp start date, you will need to make full payment on your credit or debit card to secure the booking. We will then reimburse you the CCV amount when we receive them.

Tax Free Childcare
The phasing out of childcare vouchers from 4th October 2018 was issued in line with the introduction of the government’s Tax Free Childcare initiative. Although we still accept the traditional form of vouchers to cover childcare costs, parents are increasingly beginning to move across to Tax Free payments.
Choose to part-pay or pay in full using Tax Free Childcare when booking online by selecting to 'pay with Childcare Vouchers' and select the voucher provider as 'Gov Tax Free'. We require your unique reference number for your child in order to allocate your payment to your booking, so we ask that this is please sent to our customer services team ([email protected]) directly after making your payment. Your unique reference number can be easily found via your Government Gateway account.
Please note that Tax Free Childcare payment cannot accept refunds. Any refunds will need to be made directly to your bank account.

Childcare Grant Service
You can part-pay or pay in full with Childcare Grant Service - when booking online select the ‘pay with childcare vouchers’ option, and select the voucher provider as "Childcare Grant", or just let us know this is how you want to pay if you book over the phone.
Please let us know which venue you are booking in order to allow us to provide you with our reference for you to assign your booking to. We will then send a request for payment via the CCGPS account which you can then approve through your account.
